HOW DO I FIND MY RECEIPTS?
The easiest way to find your receipts will be in your email inbox. Search for keywords like "Ticketmaster receipt" or "Stubhub billing info" to find the email confirmation you received for your ticket.
Some sites will include an itemized receipt in your order confirmation email. Others conceal the fees they charged and just show you an order total. (Sneaky, right??)
If this is the case, still go ahead and submit your receipt via our Entry Form. If we need more information, we'll follow up with you directly.
For example, in this case, since there is no line item for fees paid, you would receive 30% of the order total up to $100 in ticket credit.
How to find Stubhub receipts
If you can't find your Stubhub order confirmation in your email:
Sign into Stubhub, and go to Profile
Click Orders in the sidebar
Click on Past Orders
Find the order you want fees refunded on, then click View order receipt

How to find Ticketmaster receipts
Unfortunately, Ticketmaster deletes your receipts 90 days after the date of the event. If your event was more than 90 days ago, you will need to find your order confirmation email from Ticketmaster. If you can't find your order confirmation in your email but your event was less than 90 days ago:
Sign into Ticketmaster, and go to My Account
Click Orders in the sidebar
Find the order you want fees refunded on, then click it
Click View Receipt

How to find Vivid Seats receipts
If you can't find your Vivid Seats order confirmation in your email:
Sign into Vivid Seats, hover over My Account and go to Orders
Click on Past Orders
Find the order you want fees refunded on, then click on it
