• This promotional offer is open to residents of the United States aged 18 and above that have not used XP before (new customers only). To be eligible for the raffle, participants must submit a valid receipt from a live event (sports, concerts, comedy, theater) that occurred between 2020 and 2025, which includes a line item detailing fees paid.

• The receipt must match the participant's name. We will only accept a unique receipt once (even if it contains multiple tickets on the order).

• Participants must submit receipts by filling out the claim form on this website.

​

• Upon submission, if the receipt is deemed eligible, participants will be entered into the weekly raffle. You can only enter the raffle once.​

• Participants who win the weekly raffle will receive a code to redeem at www.xp.tickets valid for $100 off a purchase of any ticket at XP.  This offer is only valid for new customers who have not purchased before at XP.

• The promo code is valid for use at www.xp.tickets and can be applied to any single purchase. One purchase only.

​

• The promotional offer expires on December 31, 2025 or while supplies last.​​

​

• XP reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

​

• Only one Offer may be redeemed per customer.

​

• The promotional benefit is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• To enter, complete the entry form with all required information, including proof of a qualifying ticket purchase and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Campaign. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. Upload an image of a receipt from a live event (sports, concerts, comedy, theater) between 2020 and 2025. The receipt should show a line item with fees, and the receipt name must match your name.

• If you prefer to send the receipt via email, you can complete the form without it. We'll send you an email, and you can reply to that email with an image of the receipt.

• Once you've submitted the form and your receipt is eligible, you'll be entered into that week's raffle.

• By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• XP reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts submitted and to disqualify any participant for any reason.

​

• Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the Offer.

​

• XP reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Offer for any reason at ant time without prior notice.

• XP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the promotional offer or the use of the promotional benefit.

• This is a promotional campaign. Submitting an entry to XP's raffle has no legal bearing against any other ticketing company. XP is a ticket marketplace, not a law firm.
